Rivera Molino is located next to the Rio Cuale and a block from Los Muertos Beach. The building features a lush tropical garden area alongside the river, with a large swimming pool and sunning areas, as well as covered lounge areas. Rivera Molino has an elevator, 24 hour security, and a new water filtration system throughout the building.

I am originally from the United States and moved full time to Vallarta almost 5 years ago. I work remotely and in my spare time, I am usually traveling, hiking, or exploring new places around Banderas Bay. I am very familiar with the area and am excited to be able to offer this condo in such a dynamic part of town! Casa Paloma is named after my dog who passed in 2021. Paloma was well known in this building and loved everyone she ever met. I hope that you find this condo a comfortable home away from home!
